March is National Nutrition Month and we are celebrating here at Chelan Fresh because there is nothing healthier than a few servings of fresh fruit a day! Be in the Know
Knowledge is power! Spend a little time this month reading up on the best way to keep you and your loved ones healthy. The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics has made it their mission to help people focus on making informed food choices through education. Check out their “Eat Right, Bite by Bite” Campaign for the latest news on nutrition.

Protein Power Sides
This warm, hearty dish is loaded with plant based protein so it can be served on its own or as the perfect companion for grilled chicken or salmon.
