How to make SugarBee® Apple Cider reduction syrup:

  1. You will need 4 cups of SugarBee® Apple Cider. Pour into a saucepot, simmer over medium heat until reduced by 1/2-3/4 (approx. 2 hrs)
  2. Pour into a container and store in the refrigerator.

How to make SugarBee® Cider Sour:

  1. Mix:
    1 oz lemon juice
    1 oz cider reduction
    2 oz whiskey
    Optional: egg white – Dry shake egg white carefully as it will expand in the shaker.
  2. Add ice and shake until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain carefully into a rocks glass and express an orange peel.
