INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pound thinly sliced Brussels sprouts
  • 1/2 small red onion, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 22 cherry halves
  • 18 walnut halves
  • Salt to taste
  • Coarsely ground pepper to taste
  • 22 cherry halves

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place Brussels sprouts, onions, cherry halves, and walnuts in a 9 x 13 baking pan. Drizzle on the olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. Roast at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
