  • 1 slice organic whole-grain chewy bread
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened runny almond butter
  • 1/2 scoop protein powder
  • 1/2 Lucy™ Glo Apple, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons pomegranate seeds


  1. Toast bread. Mix together almond butter and protein powder and spread on toast.
  2. Top with slices of apple and sprinkles of pomegranate seeds. Enjoy!
