A high-protein crunchy sweet and tart breakfast that’s easy to take on the go!
- 1 slice organic whole-grain chewy bread
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened runny almond butter
- 1/2 scoop protein powder
- 1/2 Lucy™ Glo Apple, sliced
- 2 tablespoons pomegranate seeds
- Toast bread. Mix together almond butter and protein powder and spread on toast.
- Top with slices of apple and sprinkles of pomegranate seeds. Enjoy!
