- 1 Lucy™Rose apple, sliced into wedges
- 1/2 cup cheddar or Colby cheese cubes
- 1/4 cup carrot sticks
- 1/4 cup sliced cucumbers
- 1/4 cup snow peas or sugar snap peas
- 1/4 cup granola
- small handful crackers
- small handful popcorn
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing or dip
- 1/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- pomegranate arils, optional
- Using a muffin tin tray, add each snack to a different muffin-tin cup. Sprinkle pomegranate arils on top of vanilla yogurt.
- Use any snacks that your family enjoys- some other of our favorite dips are hummus or peanut butter. Switch it up with different vegetables and kinds of cheeses. We do this almost daily and always love it!
- Substitute SugarBee®, KORU®, Rockit® or your other favorite apple.
