• 1 Lucy™Rose apple, sliced into wedges 
  • 1/2 cup cheddar or Colby cheese cubes
  • 1/4 cup carrot sticks 
  • 1/4 cup sliced cucumbers
  • 1/4 cup snow peas or sugar snap peas
  • 1/4 cup granola 
  • small handful crackers 
  • small handful popcorn
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing or dip 
  • 1/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt 
  • pomegranate arils, optional


  1. Using a muffin tin tray, add each snack to a different muffin-tin cup. Sprinkle pomegranate arils on top of vanilla yogurt. 
  2. Use any snacks that your family enjoys- some other of our favorite dips are hummus or peanut butter. Switch it up with different vegetables and kinds of cheeses. We do this almost daily and always love it! 
  3. Substitute SugarBee®, KORU®, Rockit® or your other favorite apple.
