Hard to believe that the new school year is just around the bend. While we’re enjoying the last few weeks of Summer it’s time to get the kids ready and start planning lunch box menus.
Pears make a wonderful addition to school lunches. They’re beloved by kids and pack a nutritional punch! They’re high in fiber and a good source of vitamin C and potassium.
There are endless ways to add pears to your kids’ lunches. The simplest is to just include a whole and carefully washed pear. Try different pear varieties to discover which ones your children prefer. Another way pears can make their way into the lunch room is sliced and paired with a nut butter for dipping (peanut and almond butters are our favorites!). Make sure to use our kitchen hack to keep the pear slices from browning.
We’ve also scoured the web for 10 lunch box-friendly pear recipes that will rock your kids’ taste buds as they head back into the classroom:

Great ideas. Desserts for children should contain thematic, better fabulous, content. That is, to be like cartoon characters or to be decorated with bright and catchy elements of culinary decor. For the preparation of a long-awaited treat, it is better to use either products that are very loved by a child, or vice versa – unloved, but useful for him. Sometimes it is worth turning the same semolina, for example, into a luxurious magic surprise, as a little picky in the blink of an eye will deal with the once unloved porridge. Good luck!
