Gala apples’ flavor is well balanced between sweet and tart, with elements of tropic fruit. Bold flavors, especially savory ones, pair best with Gala apples. Gala apples are harvested starting toward the end of August.

Pink Lady

Pink Lady apples are named after their pink-hued outer skin. Their slow-to-oxidize flesh makes Pink Lady apples ideal for out-of-hand eating. With a crunchy texture, tart taste, and pleasantly sweet finish, Pink Lady apples are perfect sliced in a salad or on a fruit and cheese platter. As the most popular apple in the country, the Red Delicious apple is what comes to mind when most people think of apples. Red Delicious apples are bright red in color and have a mild sweet flavor. These are one of the best choices for caramel apples. Red Delicious apples are harvested late summer.

The Canadian Ambrosia has a smooth, bright skin with a cream colored background. It has become famous for it’s sweet, juicy, honeyed flavor and crisp texture. Granny Smith apples are well known for their unique and well-loved tart flavor. These apples are famous for their bright green coloring. Many prefer using Granny Smith apples when baking due to their lower level of sweetness. Granny Smith apples are harvested late September.

These tangy-sweet apples are beautifully golden with a pink blush, covering a creamy and crisp flesh. JonaGold apples are a blend of the Jonathan and Golden Delicious apple varieties. Their firmness and unique taste make JonaGold apples great for pies and cooking. Harvested mid-September.

Fuji apples are known for holding their firmness when baked and for being delicious when eaten fresh. This variety’s popularity is quickly increasing, due to its notable sweet flavor. This apple is a Washington State original. Characterized by its yellow and red stripes, the crisp, sweet-tart Cameo apple is as juicy as can be. Rockit Apple™

The miniature RockitTM apple was launched into the world in 2010 from sunny Hawke's Bay, on the east coast of New Zealand. This apple is sweet, crunchy and "distinctively fresh." The fruit, which naturally grows small and features a red blush color, originated by crossing a cultivar from the Gala and Gala Splendor variety of apple. The apple is a convenient, natural, NON-GMO, healthy snack food.
